This page answers the questions buyers ask most often when qualifying a botanical extract or functional ingredient supplier. For anything not covered here, contact our sales team with your product name, specification, application, destination country and expected quantity.
Minimum order quantity & lead time
MOQ and lead time vary by ingredient, specification and packaging. Many standardized extracts start at 1–5 kg; in-stock items ship within a few business days once documentation is confirmed, while made-to-order batches follow the production and testing schedule. Both are confirmed in the quotation.
COA, TDS, MSDS & assay methods
Every batch ships with a batch-specific COA stating the assay method used (commonly HPLC or UV for actives, ICP-MS for heavy metals, and standard microbiology panels). TDS and MSDS are available on request via the document request form. Third-party testing can be arranged where your market requires it.
Samples, payment terms & shipping
Paid R&D samples are available so you can qualify the material against your specification before committing to bulk. Trade and payment terms are confirmed per order. We ship worldwide from our Xi'an facility with full export documentation.
