GreeneryBio operates an in-house extraction and powder-processing facility in Xi'an, China. Running our own production line — rather than only trading — lets us control sourcing, processing parameters, and documentation end to end for the plant extracts, mushroom extracts and fruit & vegetable powders we supply.
Production lines
- Raw material handling & drying — cleaning, drying and pre-treatment of incoming botanicals.
- Extraction — solvent and water extraction with controlled temperature and concentration.
- Separation & purification — column separation, filtration and molecular distillation for higher-purity fractions.
- Drying & powder processing — spray drying and milling to target particle size.
- Blending & packaging — homogenization, sieving and packaging into aluminum foil bags and fiber drums.
Documentation & logistics
Every batch ships with its COA and supporting documents. Finished goods are packed for export and shipped from Xi'an to ports worldwide.
