A Process for Separating Imperatorin from Osthole Extraction Waste Liquid

The invention discloses a method for separating imperatorin from osthole extraction waste liquid, which comprises the following steps:

  • Material preparation: crushing the osthole raw material into 20 mesh powder;

  • Solvent extraction: adding solvent to the raw material, heating and stirring to extract, and removing the drug residue after completion;

  • Concentration: decompression concentration to obtain a mixed solution of osthole and imperatorin;

  • Separation: after the mixed solution is allowed to stand for stratification, the supernatant is removed for standby use, and the precipitate is crystallized with different concentrations of alkali solution to obtain osthole crystals, the filtrate is combined with the previously obtained supernatant, the pH is adjusted to 7-8, and then solvent extraction is used, and the imperatorin crude product is concentrated and allowed to stand for crystallization at low temperature;

  • Purification: using a small amount of solvent to heat and dissolve the crystals, filtering, and placing at low temperature for recrystallization. The invention fully improves the utilization value of the osthole raw material, produces high-content imperatorin while producing high-content osthole, has a simple process, low production cost, and high yield.
