A Kind of Conjugate Linolenic Acid Short-path Distillation Purification Process

The invention provides a molecular distillation and purification method for conjugated linolenic acid, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

  • Saponifying: adding a certain amount of KOH (potassium hydroxide) and absolute methanol into grease which is rich in the conjugated linolenic acid, saponifying at a certain temperature, and using petroleum ether to extract and stratify reaction liquid;

  • Using HCl (hydrochloric acid) to regulate pH of a water layer to a certain pH value, extracting with the petroleum ether, drying, concentrating and further preparing the high-purity conjugated linolenic acid;

  • Carrying out primary molecular distillation, distilling materials under the certain temperature and pressure conditions, getting heavy phase and light phase, and enabling the light phase to enter into secondary distillation; and

  • Carrying out the secondary molecular distillation, enabling the light phase got in the step (3) to re-enter the molecular distillation and finally getting the conjugated linolenic acid with the purity of 90-95%. Compared with the prior art, the molecular distillation and purification method for the conjugated linolenic acid has the advantages of high production efficiency, low cost and high yield.
